  Every delivery I order is a half hour later than what I'm quoted. Pizza is always cold. Never get the extras you ask and pay for. You call and complain, the manager offers a free pizza next time you order and that one will be 30 minutes later than told. This place sucks. Go to dominos, Pizza Hut, get digiorno or carry out at papa johns in springhurst.

  It's now over 90 minutes for ONE pizza to be delivered. Called the location, first time I was told the pizza was on its way and should be there. Second time I called to get indication on where the pizza is they tell me the same time again! No fix, no concern. Very disappointing. Kids are upset and I'm pulling stuff out the freezer to hear up.

  My family consistently orders take out from this location and the employees are friendly, courteous, and the store looks clean. I have no hesitation recommending this Papa John's location.
